 We’re hiring for an Enterprise Clinic Success Specialist in Denver to work at the forefront of providing Solv’s exceptional experience to our partners. Passionate problem solvers who are able to think quickly on their feet and are excited about building and delivering proactive solutions for providers making a difference in the lives of hundreds of patients are right up our alley. 

You can expect to:

  • Manage post-sale activity through relationship building, analytical reporting, and product evolution
  • Cultivate provider partnerships through proactive success initiatives including Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Respond to clinic partners' needs with warmth, empathy, and a customer-first disposition
  • Become a subject matter expert on Solv solutions, applying your growth mindset to learning alongside an evolving team and product
  • Act as the “voice of the customer”, collaborating with our product, engineering  and sales teams to create proactive solutions for our partners
  • Bring energy and creative problem-solving to every client interaction 
  • Contribute to the cultural foundation of a growing team from the ground up

 
You’d be great for this role if you:

  • Have demonstrated experience working in a customer-first organization (bonus points if that was in the healthcare space)
  • Are confident in managing evolving priorities and riding the waves in high-growth environments, with a natural knack for organization, prioritization, and triaging tasks with ease
  • Experience a strong sense of ownership and are confident in meeting deadlines and maintaining communication in remote work relationships
  • Demonstrate analytical problem solving skills, proactively creating and delivering on metrics for platform and partner success
  • Are passionate about being part of a team that values creating an inclusive, engaging environment for all of its members
