Client Success Specialist
Client Success Specialists play a key role in supporting the company’s efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As the liaison between the client and the internal teams at Engrain, the Client Success Specialist is the expert and go-to person for their assigned properties. Streamlining client communication as it relates to implementation projects, software deployment, client training, and support initiatives, the CSS is at the center of creating a successful partnership with each client. You Can Expect To:
- Track client property, contact, software, license and deployment details using existing CRM
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication from project Kick-off through the first year of license
- Perform research and work with clients to gather, analyze and process client content and data throughout various stages of the project lifecycle to ensure project and long-term success
- Deliver progress updates on projects for client review and approval
- Acting on behalf of the client, route tasks and issues across multiple departments to ensure projects and requests are executed efficiently and to the highest standard
- Ensure the highest quality of work by proofreading content, reviewing design and testing technology prior to launching new software and/or updates
- Influence internal and client decision-makers to clear project issues and roadblocks
- Execute post-launch engagement and outreach programs as outlined by the Director of Client Experience
- Provide other assistance as needed in support of the company’s efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutually-beneficial relationships with clients
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, industry core trends, and core technologies
We Would Like:
- Ability to prioritize and organize large volumes of assignments
- Excellent customer service, communication, and writing skills
- Experience working with CRM, Content Management and/or Project Management Software
- High learning agility and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to easily adjust to change

- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
