About the Role

The Client Success Partner will support the mission of maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level, helping ensure client success. This person will be a key member of our business accounts team and will work cross-functionally with company leaders on the Sales, Account Management, Consulting, Delivery and Operations teams to build strategic alignment and maximize our client satisfaction across our portfolio of clients. This position will report to the Chief Delivery Officer. 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborates closely with the Chief Delivery Officer, BI/DW Practice Lead, PC, & AM to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and client success
  • Supports the PC on their delivery success objective, helping surface and communicate client needs to ensure the PC can fold into the ultimate solution
  • Communicates with client and consulting leadership to understand the client’s business goals and help manage progress and drive focus towards those goals throughout the engagement
  • Manages the engagement from a client success lens and big picture perspective, which the project delivery team focuses on execution and delivery success
  • During the course of an active engagement, “own the client pulse checks” and serve as client point of contact for project support and escalation and communicate constructive feedback to the project team
  • Ensures tight stakeholder alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success.
  • Establishes and nurtures a relationship w/ the key client stakeholder(s) that is outside of day-to-day project interactions and tasks
  • Drives customer success by working cross-functionally within client accounts to help them get the most value out of our engagement
  • Helps set and manage client expectations 
  • Identifies opportunities for re-engagement or expansion within clients
  • Proactively mitigates and manages critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicates effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives. Partners with Project Manager, who owns this from an execution perspective, while the CSP owns the relationship side of this
  • Ensure sthat engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients that are willing to be references for new potential clients
  • Manages multiple engagements simultaneously, typically on the most strategic projects/clients 

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years proven track-record of execution in a fast-moving, fast-growing environment
  • Ideal candidate would be a strong relationship builder who can quickly establish and maintain trust with clients, who exhibits a tenacious focus and follows through on client success, as a trusted advocate and partner, who can work harmoniously with a project delivery team to drive client success
  • Experience in a consulting environment in a client-facing role required 
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Advanced degree a plus, but not required
  • Ability to travel 25% - 50% of the time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good instincts in terms of escalation 
  • Familiarity with data engineering & analytics technology and concepts, including the technology solutions in the ecosystem e.g. Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Looker, Fivetran, etc. is preferred
  • Detail-oriented team member who can see and support the larger picture
  • Strong relationship management skills. Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated to manage action items, with a bias towards action and resolution

Estimated salary range: 60K-100K
