Due to our recent and ongoing client growth, we are looking to grow our sales team to keep up with market demand.

We have developed a SaaS-based workforce management platform that gives event organizers and volunteer managers the ability to streamline their workforce programs. Rosterfy serves non-profits, colleges / universities, cities & sports commissions, professional teams and major events. Our US Team is based in Denver and works with clients such as the Super Bowl, Spartan Race, Colorado State University and Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority.

 The Role

The Rosterfy Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing the retention and satisfaction of our North American clients. They will be the key contact to provide client on-boarding and ongoing support to their own client base. This role is a dynamic and exciting position to further assist our clients in delivering world class events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to a dedicated and global client base via email, phone, and in person meetings and workshops via our online support portal (Zendesk). 

  • Transform complex concepts into well-written, visually pleasing educational support content and deliver training sessions to demonstrate  our software platform.

  • Support business development team with the qualification of sales opportunities, and attend prospective client meetings to assist with a seamless on-boarding experience.  

  • Conduct on-boarding of new clients to our software platform.

  • Identify areas for current clients to enhance their workforce management processes through industry leading practices and continuous improvement of the software platform. This may include up-selling additional features of the platform.

  • Work closely with the sales team to streamline client on-boarding processes.

  • Collaborate with the operations and client success teams to identify areas of continuous improvement within the customer lifecycle model.

  • Travel to assist with software implementation for large scale clients during on-boarding or event period as required.  

 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Experience in a Client Success role, preferably within a technology business. 1-4 years.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. 

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.

  • High level of attention to detail. 

  • Proven ability to manage workload, displaying a high level of initiative and autonomy as required.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong focus on identifying and delivering solutions based outcomes 

  • High level of written and communication skills.

  • Proven Team player.

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.

  • Background in event management, particularly workforce management.

Work Location: Denver, CO

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
