Client Relationship Specialist I - Remote
The mission of the Client Relationship Specialist (CRS I) is to drive increased participation and compliance rates for consulting plans. Will have a passion for customer service and performance excellence, as well as self-motivation and a strong work ethic are essential to success.In addition, will demonstrate above average communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management and coordination skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Reports to Manager of Credentialing Managed Services
- Provide premium support by phone and email to Consulting customers
- Document all necessary facts and communications in CRM tool Salesforce.com
- Accurately execute campaigns to drive compliance rates in a timely manner
- Learn and communicate the vendor credentialing processes
- Proactively work to identify and resolve customer issues
- Proactive/reactive customer outreach to drive changes with our customer community to help further reduce ticket volume when necessary.

Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience preferred.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a customer support role preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Healthcare systems, medical or software solutions implementation
Estimated hourly compensation $18.00 - $21.63The base hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
