Client Implementation Manager

We are looking for a full-time Client Implementation Manager to provide end-to-end technical and operations support for our customers in the LATAM and US regions. This includes consulting product strategy, helping onboard new partners, providing technical implementation services to strategic partners and ongoing partner management. This role understands how to continuously set partners up for success and to ensure growth over time.
Responsibilities
- Guide new and existing partners through the Duda platform including onboarding, implementation, integration, ongoing maintenance and growth
- Act as the go-to resource for partners to brainstorm and implement both business and technical challenges. Including the ability to identify and suggest practices to suit the specific needs of a partner
- Assist Sales in setting up prospective customers for success, and then manage the onboarding of new customers, driving them quickly to first value and assisting with discovery, design and configuration as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Customer Support, and Engineering to translate customer business needs and product feedback into product improvements.
- A successful candidate for this role will also be able to turn data into actionable intelligence and provide partners with solutions to meet their technical and business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years relevant work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing position preferably in a professional services, solutions, or technical account management role
- Proficient in use and troubleshooting of APIs to point partners to specific calls to meet their needs and help initial troubleshooting if support is required
- High level understanding of web site architecture and strategies (i.e.. HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Experience with integrating to 3rd party vendors and connections to a proprietary system
- Ability to make data-driven decisions related to partners
- Demonstrated project management abilities
- Travel up to 15% for onsite customer workshops and events
