Client Implementation Manager

THE TEAM:
Vivian Health is the leading jobs marketplace in healthcare and a rapidly growing disruptor in healthcare hiring. The Customer Success team is responsible for managing, supporting, and growing our agency partners. The organization is cross functional so we work closely with product, operations, and other divisions in the company.
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for fully onboarding all customers in our agency and facility segments
- Create implementation strategies for various customer types
- Address ongoing technical support for customer accounts
- Work closely with the engineering team ensuring we are meeting customer expectations
- Liaison between cross functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success
- Maintain reports detailing statuses of onboarding progress for current customers
THE SKILL SET:
- 4 to 6+ years working in customer-facing roles
- Experience with full-cycle onboarding of new customers
- Familiarity with software development and implementation practices.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to help finalize client requirements and ensure client expectations are met
- Start-up experience and working cross functionally with multiple teams
- Ability to strategically manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of HTML and JSON
- Experience working with APIs to integrate and onboard customers
- Engineering or technical degree not required, but understanding or experience with technical software development is critical
- Healthcare staffing experience a plus
