EverCommerce is looking for an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to join our team! Working directly for the President, you’ll also provide support for the day to day business operations in our downtown office. You:
You make things run like clockwork and it looks effortless (even when it's not). You're a whiz at making travel plans, you love making the lives of others easier and your ability to make sure confidential information stays that way has been tested and proven time and again. You’re personable, approachable, exceptionally organized, and excellent with time management. As a team player, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and pitch in wherever needed. You love being the go-to person when someone has a question because you usually know the answer–and if you don’t, you won’t stop until you find someone who does.

Our ideal candidate also has project management experience and is highly proficient in MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite. You know how to put together a snazzy power point presentation, can maneuver excel with comfort, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work directly for COO/President with tasks including managing and maintaining executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organizing professional projects with wide range of goals/objectives
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including all scheduling and set-up needs
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our CEO’s Executive Assistant, HR, IT, Operations, and other teams on various programs and tasks
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as needed


Additional Office Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome and assist visitors in person or over the phone
  • Order/monitor supplies
  • Work with the building management on any building issues/needs
  • Keep the kitchen, reception area, conference rooms, and other areas organized and tidy
  • Pick up mail and receive/coordinate shipments and deliveries
  • Assist in planning and managing events


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, event planning, or a related administrative field is preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends occasionally
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Amazing energy and magnetic personality, with the ability to connect with people
  • Possess a friendly, upbeat, positive, 'get it done' attitude
  • Tested ability to be discreet and protect confidential information
  • Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting deadlines on a daily basis
  • Ability to multitask, take direction and execute while wearing many hats
  • Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small
