We have an amazing opportunity for an energetic, charismatic, detail-oriented, and analytical force-multiplier to join our fast-growing start-up. Like the rest of us, this person will wear many hats; you will work closely with our founders, partners, customers, and investors. Your role, broadly speaking, will be to solve problems and push renewable energy forward. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an in-depth cross-functional awareness of the opportunities and challenges faced by Wunder’s financing operation. As the financing operation continues to grow and scale, you will be responsible for ensuring that Wunder's various teams maintain close alignment with broader company goals, unblocking their efforts, challenging their key operating assumptions, and otherwise helping them to operate effectively and efficiently.

YOU

• A Strong Foundation - You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience - potentially in finance, management consulting, or at a blue-chip tech startup.
• Highly autonomous - You're self motivated and thrive in environments where direction is high-level and prompts are abstract. 
• Autodidact - Although you don't need extensive experience in both solar and finance, you should be adept at filling in your knowledge gaps and getting up the learning curve on new subjects quickly.
• Superior Written and Oral Communication Skills - Client interaction via phone and email is a big part of the job. You should be friendly, empathetic, a good listener, and invigorated by developing and maintaining relationships.
• You have a Team Ethos - You have a track record of building and maintaining team trust. You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced startup environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. You’re not just excited to work cross- functionally, you demand it.
• You’re Flexible, a Quick Responder - The problem we’re trying to solve as an organization is dynamic and each day brings fresh and exciting challenges. You can react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot.
