Position Summary:

The Channel Programs Specialist supports the Channel Team by coordinating Channel Programs (e.g., Bootcamps/Mission Briefings/virtual webinars/live talks in US, Canada, and UK).  They complete and oversee updates to event campaigns, project manage program tasks, and take on miscellaneous event logistics as needed. 


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning details for Pax8 sponsored programs (e.g., scheduling, coordination of internal and external speakers, presentation materials, practice sessions, full execution of virtual and/or in-person events)
  • Work cross-departmentally with all stakeholders involved to capture and execute overall event objectives
  • Manage day-of production for virtual and/or in-person events
  • Collaborate with Tools and Technology to complete, organize, and file associated campaign details for events
  • Assist in configuring virtual platforms for events and oversee set-up of registration pages within the Event Management System and back-end technical systems including ZOOM, Teams Live, and other providers
  • Serve as the main contact for event logistics and provide customer service support for inquiries
  • Coordinate project administrative duties including overall marketing support of programs (e.g., oversee deck creation, post-event resource creation, etc.)
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to update and maintain all necessary backend campaign templates for new events/changing campaigns
  • Assist in communicating logistics to internal and external participants for events
  • Ensure that updates are made to internal Channel/Sales calendar when necessary
  • Miscellaneous Event Logistics:
    • Collect, document, and archive proof of vendor sponsorship (e.g., photos/screenshots) for Pax8 programs (virtual and in-person)
    • Provide backend support for Channel team as needs arise
    • Provide Partner Programs’ event support through on-site event attendance (if applicable), coordinate support for in-person planning meetings, special research requests, and virtual event planning and development
    • Coordinate and host live meetings across multiple time zones to support both US, Canada, and UK based teams
    • Assist in executing in-person partner events with tasks such as preparing attendee lists, printing nametags, creating signage, etc.


Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least one (1) year of experience at Pax8 (for internal candidates only)
  • At least two (2) years of program coordination or other relevant experience
  • HIGH attention to detail with the ability to be organized, process focused, a problem solver, proactive, ambitious, and customer service focused
  • Project management ability
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced atmosphere without compromising the quality of work
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information
  • Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Microsoft Office experience required, with heavy emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
  • Virtual event, webinar, or meeting planning experience is preferred
  • Technical experience with Teams Live, Zoom, or other webinar/event technology platforms preferred


Required Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED; or equivalent work experience
  • College coursework preferred

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $68,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
