The Channel Programs Specialist supports the Channel Team by coordinating virtual webinars/trainings, completing, and overseeing updates to event campaign briefs, project managing program tasks, and taking on miscellaneous event logistics as needed.  

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
    • Coordinate planning details for all Pax8 sponsored webinars (scheduling, presenter coordination-internal & external speakers, presentation materials, conduct practice sessions, and full execution of virtual events)
    • Work cross-departmentally with all stakeholders involved to capture and execute overall webinar objective
    • Collaborates with Tools and Technology to complete, organize, and file associated campaign details for all Pax8 webinars
    • Assists in configuring virtual platforms for events & oversee set-up of registration pages within the Event Management System and back-end technical systems including ZOOM, Teams Live and other providers.
    • Serve as the main contact for Pax8 webinar logistics, and provide customer service support for event inquiries (partners & Pax8 team members) using positive communication skills
    • Coordinate project administrative duties including overall marketing support of programs (oversee deck build, post event resource creation, etc.)
    • Manage day-of production for virtual webinars (e.g., manage Q&A with participating partners)
    • Upon creation of new events/changes to current campaigns, works closely with all stakeholders to update and maintain all necessary backend campaign templates
    • Assists Channel Programs Director in communicating logistics to internal and external participants for all Pax8 webinar (at times could be up to 4 events per month)
    • As necessary, ensures that updates are made to internal Channel/Sales calendar
    • Collects, documents, and archives proof of vendor sponsorship (e.g., photos/screenshots) for Pax8 programs (in-person and virtual)
    • Provide backend support for Partner Programs (Bootcamps, Mission Briefings, Launch Briefings) as needs arise
    • Provide Partner Programs’ event support through on-site event attendance (if applicable), coordinator support for in-person planning meetings, special research requests, and virtual event planning and development
    • Willingness to coordinate and host live meetings across multiple time zones to support both our US & UK based teams
    • Assists in executing in-person partner events with tasks such as preparing attendee lists, printing nametags, creating signage, etc.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
    • One (1) year experience at Pax8 (for internal candidates only)
    • Two (2) years of program coordination or other relevant experience
    • HIGH attention to detail with the ability to be organized, process focused, a problem solver, proactive, ambitious, and customer service focused
    • Project management ability
    • Ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced atmosphere without compromising the quality of work
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
    • Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information
    • Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to communicate effectively with others
    • Microsoft Office experience required, with heavy emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
    • Virtual event, webinar, or meeting planning experience is preferred
    • Technical experience with Teams Live, Zoom, or other webinar/event technology platforms preferred
Required Education & Certifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • College coursework preferred
Compensation:
    • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $50,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
