Channel Order Processing Specialist - Public Sector
Team Summary:
The Channel Operations team supports channel and alliance partners. We have oversight into and are accountable for the operational readiness of quote to order capabilities, the user experience, and the processes necessary for our partners and internal teams. We also provide data insights to our internal business stakeholders driving and supporting strategic decisions. The Order Processing Specialist’s scope of work will center around processing indirect channel orders and responding to inbound queries from partner and internal teams specific to the Public Sector.
Responsibilities:
Process channel orders PO’s from distributors and direct reseller validating for accuracy
Process order provisioning quotes for Distributor and Reseller transactions
Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing PO’s and quotes
Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and follow up as necessary adhering to defined SLA’s
Track orders and provide order confirmations to external partners
Take actions to drive resolution of outstanding PO and quote issues
Respond to Channel Order tickets in Zendesk adhering to defined SLA’s
Resolve Order Management ServiceNow tickets from internal teams
Contribute to ongoing process and workflow improvements
Support Month and Quarter close activities
Support ad-hoc assignments as required
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of operations experience preferably in a SaaS/cloud company
Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close
Prior order management experience a plus
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Zuora, Zendesk, or ServiceNow a plus
SaaS, software, or technology based company experience a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
