As the Candidate Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Candidate Success team who are responsible for ensuring we have the best candidates on our platform. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will help to build, scale and refine our Candidate Success program. You will own and drive forth SOPs, SLAs, and processes for candidate screening and support.

You will partner with the Client Success Manager to grow the Customer Success team in order to support the next evolution of our relationships with our customers. We will be rapidly expanding our service offerings to our customers in 2019 and will need a strong foundation built to support that growth.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, manage and coach the Candidate Success team in our Denver office.

  • Responsible for team’s candidate fulfillment goals.

  • Monitor candidate matches on the platform and assist team when needed to ensure all GIGS are filled with approved candidates.

  • Manage team to ensure that they are delivering a positive experience for every candidate.

  • Review and refine current processes, SOPs and SLAs to create an efficient and scalable Candidate Success playbook.

  • In coordination with the Manager of Client Success, implement best in class Customer Success tools to help streamline and support current processes and experience.  

  • Work with Director of Expansion and Marketing to identify creative ways to source new GIGS candidates.

  • Work with the Product team to help build future functionality of the platform.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years experience in customer service, sales or recruiting.

  • At least 1 year experience managing a team.

  • Proven experience in building systems and processes that support rapid growth.

  • A positive attitude, we are looking for people who are motivated by helping others.

  • Dedication to providing an exceptional client and candidate experience.

  • Ability to be extremely personable while having a high-degree of attentiveness to detail.
