EverCommerce—a company comprised of more than 18 technology subsidiaries—is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Integration, Growth, and Operations (IGO) team. You will play a key role in consulting with subsidiaries on operational initiatives and helping them run as efficiently as possible.

You: 

You are an experienced project manager who has a background in platform administration. You are passionate about collaborating with senior business leaders on building and implementing updated processes and platforms. You have a knack for developing and monitoring key performance indicators for functional performance that deliver actionable insights. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem organizing and seeing long term projects that deliver scale and growth through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Support the IGO team in assessing operational gaps and opportunities for individual subsidiaries and build out long-term growth strategies.

• Maintain an operational roadmap spanning all EverCommerce companies.

• Partner with EverCommerce General Management, subsidiary leadership and subject matter experts as an end-to-end strategic project manager to execute key business and platform initiatives.

• Prioritize and track initiatives and their financial effects across the portfolio.

• Communicate findings to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing articulate and impactful presentations.

• Act as vendor expert and provide administrative support across varying platforms in the following categories:

       -CRM’s (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

       -Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.)

       -Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)

       -Business Intelligence Platforms (Looker, Salesforce Wave, homegrown solutions, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management, Salesforce.com administration, or other related work experience 

• Ability to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily

• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Operations, Economics, or related field
