The Business Operations Associate, Customer Success plays an important role at Checkr as an analytical partner to Customer facing teams, by providing easy access to data, guiding strategic decision making and enabling data-informed decisions. This team member will work with our Customer Success teams and cross-functionally to drive account renewal, upsell and strategic operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve Customer Success forecasting process, OKR tracking, KPI tracking
  • Build & maintain dashboards that empower decision making using tools such as Looker, SFDC, etc. 
  • Deliver ad hoc data requests to enable Customer Success teams
  • Maintain and improve Customer Success programs and process while executing effective change management 
  • Develop and manage Customer Success Team process documentation
  • Scope and manage analytic projects driven by the needs of the business such as customer ROI, account use and health, quality analysis, and other ad hoc analytic projects that will be driven by the needs of the customers and the business
  • Standardize CS operating procedures by developing training programs to onboard new team members
  • Maintain and improve Customer Success operations including capacity planning and hiring forecasts
  • Refine and develop reporting for Success and Implementations teams using analytic tools (such as Looker, Zendesk, Salesforce et al)
  • Assist with communications between the Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product, and all other internal teams. 
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision-making

What you bring:

  • 4-5 years of sales, CS, or business operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk and/or other customer data systems
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau, SQL experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
