As business leader, you will have Profit and Loss responsibility for a multimillion-dollar product line within a larger software company.

Specific responsibilities include:

●     Manage the product line to hit top-line goals (i.e., revenue) as well as profit and expense targets.

●     Monitor non-financial KPIs and manage to those KPIs to ensure the long-term growth and success of the product line.

●     Hire, manage and lead a cross-functional team including marketing, sales, development and support.

●     Work with the team and GM to set goals for the product line and communicate those goals throughout the organization

●     Build a successful performance-driven culture.

●     Work with the Rec and Leisure GM on the long-term strategic direction of the product line including potential acquisitions and new products.

Requirements
●     Strong marketing and business development skills. 

●     Experience personally driving significant growth in an Internet company by leading marketing and/or business development

●     Leadership and management skills

●     Experience building and leading cross-functional teams

●     Have a strategic mindset

●     Ability to create a long-term strategic plan that includes new products, potential acquisitions, and product extensions

●     Experience setting and managing to Key Performance Indicators

●     Strong data-driven decision-maker

●     Willing to travel significantly
