Bulk Subscription Sales, Support, and Customer Service Representative

Pocket Outdoor Media is changing the active lifestyle media industry. The Customer Service Representative for our Retail Group will provide quality service to current retailers that carry Better Nutrition. This role will support the Retail Sales Representative and provide administrative support to the Retail Sales Team. 

This role reports to the General Manager of the Retail Team and will operate remotely. 

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer service for current retailers, including but not limited to:
  • Imprint changes
  • Billing address changes/Invoice questions/Auto-pay sign ups
  • Shipping address changes
  • Increase/Decrease copies
  • Cancellations/Store closings
  • Change of ownership/Store name changes
• Solve shipping issues
  • Wrong imprint
  • Imprint errors
  • Damaged magazines
  • Missing boxes/copies
• Single Subscription administration management
• Prospecting retailers
• Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Prospecting and data collection support as needed
  • Using Google, Facebook, prospect website, direct conversation with prospect

  • Delegate customer response based on need

Professional Qualifications

• Customer service - 5 years minimum
• Sales experience - desirable
• Excellent standard for customer service
• Timeliness with phone and email responses
• Strong communication skills
• CRM and data entry experience
