Billing Support Representative
Skupos is looking for our first Billing Support Representative to join our growing team. As the Billing Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all inbound questions from our customer base around their invoices. You will also be responsible for managing all outstanding accounts payable and helping keep our customers on track. As the first member of this team, you will help us shape processes and procedures for the company as we continue to grow to 20,000+ retailers this year.
You are someone who enjoys numbers, and likes helping others understand their payments and invoices. You are patient, and consultative in your approach to problem-solving. You are empathetic to customers and have the ability to work seamlessly with Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success to ensure that customers understand their billing and have all of their issues resolved.
Responsibilities:
+ Managing the Billing case queue within Salesforce
+ Answering any inbound questions from customers around their invoices
+ Helping customers to update their billing information
+ Calling out on overdue payments to help collect and get customers back on track
+ Helping build processes for handling billing inquiries, invoices, and issues long term
+ Assist with feedback on any billing related feature requests and product enhancements
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 0-1 year of customer service experience
+ A knack for problem-solving
+ Extreme attention to detail
+ A willingness to help grow a team from scratch
