As part of the RingCentral Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement and oversee the ways we share RingCentral’s message with the world. You’ll use data, technology and creativity to target, communicate, measure and adjust with precision— and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
Job Description:
The Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager will be a key business partner for the executive leadership team in both the Marketing and Sales organizations with a specialized focus on the BDR leadership team.
The successful candidate will bring strategic vision to the BDR function and to the business, identifying new and innovative approaches in order to optimize pipeline generation programs and create efficient and effective processes and insights.
Operationally, the focus will be on optimizing outbound prospecting workflows as well as inbound demand generation programs, partnering with our analytics team to formulate meaningful and actionable recommendations to increase contribution and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Ability to develop report cadence and present data driven business plans and analysis
Overseeing the quality of all BDR Performance metrics ensuring we’re tracking to plan
Ability to quickly identify risk and develop recommendations to course correct
Drive process improvement & automation initiatives to streamline deliverables
Managing quarterly and annual planning exercise with BDR Leaders
Leading cross functional activities, including Marketing Metrics and Sales Metrics that are presented in GTM reflective of BDR performance
Drive process improvement & automation initiatives to streamline deliverables
Work with Compensation Leader to align Comp and Quota plans
Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness with senior executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Planning and Sales Operations
Significant experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, demand generation, modeling budgets, pipeline, forecast and ROI analysis
Must have B2B High Tech and SaaS GTM experience in the 100+ Company Size, UCaaS, CCaaS preferred
Positive, professional and can-do attitude with an ability to lead an evolving team, with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to lead cross functional and executive strategy sessions
SFDC experience required, preferred additional experience with Sales Engagement Platforms (ie: Outreach)
Experience with a wide variety of routes to market (direct, channel and strategic partner sales)
Experience working with offshore BPO teams
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ideally BS/BA educated; MBA a plus, but not required
