As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will join the Healthgrades Technical Support Team where you will triage and provide support for external and internal client support questions and issues related to the company’s products and applications.

What you will do:

  • Manage the Technical Support team’s ticket intake and route tickets to the appropriate team
  • Collaborate with multiple departments for proper triaging and resolution of multifaceted issues
  • Attend daily engineering stand ups to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams
  • Assist with systems administrative tasks, such as setting up user permissions and granting user access to various tools, as needed

What you will bring:

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to learn new processes and technologies
  • Knowledge of computer systems, user interfaces, databases, networks, and/or mobile applications
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-functional teams
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: understanding of REST APIs and experience using Jira

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually
