What does an Associate Systems Administrator do at CyberGRX?

This person will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of general hardware and software systems as well as working to resolve issues raised by our end users.  This person will also pair with other members of the IT team to build and maintain all facets of our corporate infrastructure. 

What a day in the life looks like:

• You will manage and work incoming tickets from end users to resolve, or route to other IT members.
• You’ll build and maintain workstation hardware across the organization.
• You will update and manage the patch levels of software installed on workstations across the org
• You’ll create and manage identities and audit access for corporate platforms and systems.
• You will assist other IT team members with the maintenance and rollout of corporate infrastructure platforms and projects.
• You get to work with a dynamic and engaging team who loves to get things done and have fun.

What you bring to the table:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a general hardware and software troubleshooting
• You’ve worked with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
• You have the ability to manage your time
• You proactively find and solve issues.
• Critical thinking to dissect core problems is a strong characteristic of yours.
• You’ve got strong communication skills and a great attention to detail.
• You are very customer focused and strive to create a great customer experience with everyone you interact with.
