Associate Solutions Consultant
Job Summary:
The Associate Solutions Architect directly collaborates with customers to listen, gather and confirm customer requirements for contracted services. In this role you will work closely with Solutions Architects and Senior Solutions Architects to meet the needs for the assigned project. The Associate Solutions Architect will also interact with internal teams from Client Services, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a successful delivery of customers projects and at times will be tasked with the ability to act as a project manager
What You'll Do:
Solutions Development: The Associate Solutions Architect interacts with customers to determine their needs and develops solutions with current Workiva products to meet those needs
- Consult with customers to determine their challenges and requirements
- Create custom solutions for assigned customer projects
- Provide project and relationship management to meet customer needs
- Help educate customers on Workiva products through a commitment of ongoing customer training
- Create and foster good working relationships with internal and external contacts.

- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Proven success with customer service
- Demonstrated ability to recommend solutions, take direction, and collaborate within a team environment
- Experience in consulting and project management roles with a focus on process improvement
- 2+ years of experience in related field
- A./B.S. degree required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
