What does the Senior Manager of Assessment Coordination do at CyberGRX? 

Assessment Coordinators (ACs) are the backbone of the CyberGRX Operations department. Your team serves at the front lines of all interactions with third-parties, using polished customer service skills and targeted cybersecurity knowledge to keep them happy, informed and steadily moving through the process. You will directly oversee several AC Managers, and it’s your job to ensure that each of their teams are equipped to succeed. The entire apparatus plays a major role in not only supporting third-parties but also educating them on the benefits of CyberGRX.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Oversee a large support team that works closely with many internal departments to provide timely, educated, top-notch customer service.
  • Knit together various people, processes, and systems to ensure a steady flow of completed assessments, delivered orders, and resolved escalations.
  • Create and manage dashboards to monitor top-level metrics, focusing on growth and scale to deliver value.
  • Work closely with leaders within Customer Success, Exchange Operations and Assessment Operations to increase throughput, reduce friction, and resolve issues.
  • Supervise and support up to four AC Managers through wins, losses, opportunities, roadblocks and everything in between.
  • Present data, ideas, challenges, and opportunities to diverse audiences all the way up to our Executive team.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience managing a large, high-performing customer support organization.
  • Experience managing a tight team of managers, who themselves have tight teams of individual contributors. Heavy focus on alignment and clear communication. 
  • Delivery and execution are in your DNA. You are constantly focused on finding speed while maintaining quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to cross-functionally share data, tackle challenges, prioritize issues, solve complex problems and present ideas to peers and leadership.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and fostering growth among your team.
  • You are comfortable handling high-profile escalations from third-parties and helping with difficult customer situations (often with Executive visibility). You take accountability for failures within your team.
  • You know how to communicate the right information at the right time to the right people, using their preferred channels for maximum uptake. 
  • You are very strong when it comes to data, analysis and forecasting (bonus points if you have experience with Excel or Zendesk reporting).
  • You inspire professionalism with your words and actions.
  • No task is above or below your pay grade. If nobody is handling it, you will step in and get the job done.
  • Above all else, you foster a work culture that is both safe and highly motivating.
  • Zendesk experience a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of your base salary
