We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship focused, Associate Account Manager (AAM) interested in kick starting their career in account management and customer success. AAMs are they key point of contact for customers and help to ensure customers have training, and access to all of the services that help them become successful with SurveyGizmo’s products.

You will be tasked with managing a book of business so Customers stay with SurveyGizmo and are engaged in using our platform for their strategic objectives. The AAM must be comfortable on the phone and in communicating to a wide-range of customers. 

During the course of your day you will proactively work with our customers to make sure they have the right learning, support, awareness, and training so they can be successful. AAMs have paths to Account Management and Strategic Sales within SurveyGizmo. 

How you'll spend your days:

  • Help and service customers so they are successful with our products and services
  • Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to execute campaigns that ensure customer health, learning, and adoption, with proper closed-loop metric reporting
  • Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly goals to help retain customers
  • Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis
  • Ensure CRM tools and SurveyGizmo value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and/or quotas, or other similar objectives
  • Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, inside sales oriented environment
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfort with sales technology and CRM tools
  • Possess a working understanding of Salesforce.com and other key sales technologies used for Business Development and Opportunity creation
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems with the help of other departments
