About the team:
The Asset Movements team is passionate about delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge brokerage products. As an Asset Movements Operations Associate (Money Movement), you’ll serve as an integral part in all money and asset movements for our customers by facilitating check requests, account transfers, and supporting our brokerage product. This is an opportunity to be a part of one of the most efficient and important pillars of Robinhood’s business.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Supporting front-end tasks for our Financial products. These tasks include check requests, account transfers, account consolidations, wire transfers, bank linking, and ACH transfers.
- Consistently meet productivity goals with minimal error.
- Act as subject matter expert in all asset movements processes and be able to clearly communicate this with other teams and customers with outstanding customer service.
- Interact and troubleshoot with customers for more complex asset movement issues.
- Communicate directly with third party business partners in order to facilitate customer requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for CX, Clearing, AML, and Market Operations for all issues related to asset or money movements.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to meet productivity goals
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Ability to work some weekends
Bonus points:
- 2+ years working in brokerage or operations experience.
- Series 7 and 63
- Familiarity with consumer technology
Colorado Residents Only: In accordance with Colorado state law, Robinhood provides an estimate of the pay range associated with this role. In Colorado, the target hourly rate for this position is $21 to $26. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience and certifications. Successful candidates will also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award of 5% to 10% of their earnings pursuant to Robinhood’s applicable bonus plan. Please note that this information is only provided publicly for candidates in Colorado, but the role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.

This job is following Robinhood’s Primarily Work from Home model which means the Robinhoodie can work primarily from home, but will need to live within a commutable distance of up to three hours of the Charlotte, NC, Denver, CO, or Lake Mary, FL office(s). They will need to come into the office as-needed and semi-regularly to meet business continuity and regulatory requirements.
