Assessment Coordinator

Duties of this role include:
- Daily contact with Vendors and/or customers via email (MS Outlook) or phone
- Update status and notes daily for 50+ assessments in Salesforce
- Monitor progress of assigned assessments and follow-up with vendor contact accordingly
Requirements:
- Solid communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to do heavy multi-tasking (think managing 50+ ongoing assessments at once)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and One Drive)
- 10,000 foot view of cyber security and asset controls
