Job Description

The Application Specialist will support our Services team in a customer-facing, consultative role. This role will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as a liaison between customer, Solution Manager(s), developers and other stakeholders to provide facilitation of needs, priorities, and status.
  • Analysis, Systems & Integrations Design, and Systems Build/Configuration to grow or add to Salesforce and/or Conga solutions
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, facilitate user testing and approvals
  • Identification, tracking, monitoring, and communication of project charters/scope/plans, project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitoring project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis
  • Maintain internal and end user documentation, deliver user training when required
  • Grow personal and team knowledge and skills
  • Maintain Salesforce.com certifications
  • Stay knowledgeable on Salesforce and Conga product updates and releases

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Experience in the Design, Configuration, and Administration of Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce.com admin certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Application Support
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Great project management and communication skills
  • An outstanding focus on achieving a high level of customer service
  • Comfort with working on multiple projects simultaneously
