Job Description:

The Home & Entertainment Operations team is looking for an Applications Support Analyst to build, enhance and administer systems used by the field, warehouse, and customer care teams. This role will work with both technical and functional teams to help build solutions to meet business departmental needs. You will have to use your system knowledge and skills to determine best solutions.


Responsibilities:

Ensuring the assigned application systems are fully operational and functioning effectively at all times

Manages day-to-day support issues ensuring effective and timely resolution. Duties include resolving and tracking user issues; designing, specifying, testing and documenting program modifications and functional enhancements.

Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to diagnose, document, and resolve reported issues

Performing application installs, upgrades, testing, configuration, optimization and monitoring

Devising data verification methods and standard systems procedures

Assisting in on-going data quality and analysis initiatives

Assisting in the documentation of system processes and procedures

Assisting in the development of basic reports, data extracts and imports

Ensuring compliance with all corporate policy and procedures


Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a similar role managing business systems, IT infrastructure, and/or applications development

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, and/or related field or equivalent experience

Experience with online applications including CRM or ERP systems

Ability to work in a consultative manner with every level of internal/external staff/contacts

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
