Agency Operations Coordinator at Metric Theory, A Media.Monks Company
Metric Theory is looking to add an Agency Operations Coordinator to our growing team. The ideal candidate is looking for an operations role where they can sharpen their skills with 1:1 coaching and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives.
You will work closely with our Associate Director of Agency Operations to drive initiatives around the people, systems, and information of our Account Services team. You can also expect to support core operations initiatives and learning & development projects.
Your contributions will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of Metric Theory executives and the company as a whole. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, work well remotely, and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment.
Responsibilities May Include:

Work with Associate Director of Agency Operations to provide support on initiatives dealing with the people, systems, and data of our Account Services department

Project management and deliverables tracking

Data entry and analysis on revenue operations, resource allocation, etc.

Successfully complete a marketing and account services training module to develop an understanding of Metric Theory’s business model and processes

Support the Learning and Development team with training coordination (e.g. monitoring syllabi, scheduling trainings, project management)

Support the Executive team with reporting and analysis as needed

Support the Operations team with projects as needed
Qualifications:
-
1-2+ years of experience in operations
-
Stellar attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint/Google Slides

Self-motivated and flexible when it comes to prioritizing/executing tasks or taking on new responsibilities

Enthusiastic to receive feedback and apply coaching

Self-aware, team-oriented, empathetic, and proactive
Not a Must, but a Plus:

Experience with Asana and Salesforce
-
Experience working in the digital marketing industry
Compensation:

This role is exempt

Base Salary: $40,000 to $50,000
