Elsmere Education is in search of an Administrative/Operations Assistant to join our growing team —someone who wants to be part of the action and involved across the entire organization.

In this role, the Administrative/Operations Assistant will work directly with executives and fellow peers and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain executive’s calendars: schedule meetings/conference calls/etc.
  • Assist with Salesforce data entry and analytical reporting
  • Schedule travel: book airfare/hotel/car rental
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Prepare expense reports using Expensify
  • Help schedule weekly/monthly trainings for Enrollment Team
  • Assist Executive Assistant/Office Manager with office supply management & cleanliness of office

The ideal applicant has experience producing results in a fast-paced, rapid-development work environment gained through professional work experience. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without structured guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.  

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative/operations experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salesforce experience optional
  • A passion for education and desire to work for a mission-driven organization.
