SALT Lending operates a blockchain-based platform built on the Ethereum network that facilitates the issuance of multi-signature smart contract loans by connecting borrowers to lenders. The company encompasses several business divisions, that includes an innovative loan servicing platform, online marketplace, and asset management unit. In addition, SALT Lending will engage with the underbanked community worldwide by funding a financial inclusion initiative. 
Reporting to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant, the Administrative Associate will play an important role in supporting corporate strategic projects. 
Requirements:

• Assist with office related administrative work
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including, offices, conference rooms, and reception
• High attention to detail and excellent memory recall
• Make sure the office is always fully stocked with drinks, snacks, and treats
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and relationship skills
• May maintain files, orders supplies, and coordinate meetings
• Help to ensure action items, deadlines and deliverables are completed
• Execute initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for up to 4 hours with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Type:
Full-Time. Approximately 35 hours a week. (M-F 8:00am - 3:00pm)
Must be from the Great Denver Area or willing to relocate.
Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00
