Are you the Administrative Assistant we are looking for? Do you jump in wherever needed, do whatever it takes, and understand that change is the only constant? Are you interested in playing an integral role in something amazing? This role serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Assistant to ensure efficient operation to the office of the CEO. You will bring your positive, can-do attitude to new challenges daily. Being able to effectively communicate with personal and business contacts while coordinating tasks for the office is a must. You are ready to handle anything that comes your way, are ultra-organized, and can juggle with the best of them. Understanding the nuances needed to be an effective professional while jumping in to help wherever you are needed and execute tasks with precision, completed with accuracy and quality in a timely manner, will lead you to success in this role.
What you'll be doing:
- Serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Assistant- bringing enthusiasm to work each day
- Provide special project support such a event planning
- Provide administrative support for 4 local properties including but not limited to: Scheduling cleanings, maintaining supply inventories (including ordering), grocery shopping on an as needed, infrequent basis
- Assist in overall office admin tasks including but not limited to: Answering incoming calls, checking voicemails, and returning calls as appropriate
- Assisting in conference room calendar management
- Assisting with on-site meals needed during meetings that the CEO is participating in
- Running various errands
- Keeping up to date with team tasks
- Folder/File Management
- Monitoring and celebrating key contacts special days, (i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, life events, etc.)
- Purchasing and shipping gifts and flowers as needed
- Communicating with family, friends, and business contacts regarding scheduling
- Actively participating in cultural events to help boost energy
- Have a healthy interest for how people dynamics work, internally, externally and in relationship to other entities
- Your judgment is unquestionable – you know what confidentiality means and you honor it

Compensation: Hourly : $22.00 - $25.00
