The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting the President, Chief Financial Officer, and other executives of the Company. You will coordinate daily calendars, manage appointments and meetings for both internal and external parties, plan travel arrangements and find more efficient ways of managing the Denver office and keeping executives organized and efficient. You will be responsible for curating and maintaining Crusoe’s Denver HQ to provide Crusoe employees a productive and inviting work environment. The Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of creating a company culture and must have a strong connection to Crusoe’s mission and values.

In addition to those mentioned above, your primary responsibilities will involve day to day operational tasks including vendor management, ordering, event planning, and general administrative support. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be required to work at the office at least 4 days per week. This person will work closely with other Administrative Assistants to provide seamless support to HR, Finance, and Business Development teams. As the organization grows and develops, this person will take on different responsibilities and support different functions on an as needed basis.

Job Description:

  • Manages and maintains the President’s, CFO’s and, as directed, other executives' active calendar to include appointments, meetings, conferences and other arrangements
  • Curate a productive and welcoming office environment for fast growing team
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, food and beverage, and other miscellaneous vendors to keep office in ideal condition
  • Plan and execute team building activities and events for Denver team
  • Support HR and Business Development teams with external group email accounts, answer phone and collect messages
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages, send outgoing deliveries
  • Stock and refill pantries and supply closets as needed
  • Work closely with other admins to coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations and company wide activities
  • Order and distribute company swag, birthday, work anniversary, and holiday gifts
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Identify office space needs and develop floor plan for future growth
  • Performs other clerical or administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role

  • Ability to engage effectively with executive leaders, peers and colleagues
