Job Description:
T-Mobile Home and Entertainment is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Denver headquarters. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to independently manage tasks and eager to learn. Candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with team members across multiple departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the Home and Entertainment headquarters
  • Greet guests and notify appropriate staff member of their arrival and nature of their visit 
  • Keep reception area clean and photo ready at all times
  • Manage daily meeting calendar for shared spaces and conference rooms
  • Assist staff with scheduling meetings and events as requested
  • Answer basic inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages including U.S. Mail, UPS and FedEx

 
Facilities:

  • Maintain inventory of supplies (office & kitchen) for multiple offices
  • Ensure conference rooms, supply cabinets, kitchen, and common areas are clean, organized and fully stocked
  • Identify and implement environmentally friendly/green office practices
  • Maintain office equipment to ensure efficient operations 
  • Stay up to date on company and building security policies and procedures

 
Other tasks as assigned. Examples may include, assisting with executive administrative support related to travel and expenses, research on ongoing company projects, organizing employee outings, and supporting databases and filing systems.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience
  • Ability to interact with individuals of all levels of an organization
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
