Administration Assistant - Investor Relations (20 hours per week)

Job Description
We are hiring an part-time an Admin Assistant to support our centralized Investor Relations team located in the Denver Tech Center.
With support and direction from our Investor Relations team, the selected candidate will be:
- Answering escalated phone calls from investors and responding adn resolving their inquiries
- Performing various administrative duties like recording address changes, check reissuances, ACH set up, providing investors with redemption or transfer forms, etc.
- Assisting with returned K-1s, due diligence letters, verifying outstanding checks, filing, etc.
- Mailing various correspondence to investors
- Data entry tasks
Qualifications
Successful candidates are:
- Tech Savvy: You embrace technology and all it has to offer. You are well versed in Microsoft Office tools and get up to speed quickly when learning new systems.
- Organized: You are flexible and steadily juggle multiple priorities and interactions with candidates, managers, and teammates.
- Nimble Problem Solver: You don’t focus on the problem, but instead are already contemplating how to solve it. You keep your word, letting your stakeholders know they matter.
- Customer-Focused: You are considerate, calm under pressure, and relish in engaging with candidates, team members, and hiring managers. These interactions energize you.
Additional Information
- This is a temporary role, with an expected pay rate of $18-20/hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- This is a part-time role and you will be expected to contribute 20 hours per week.
- The assignment is expected to last through May, 2022
