Account Manager, Demand Ops

SpotX is seeking a Account Manager, Demand Operations for our SpotX Client Services group. You will work directly with Brands, Agencies, DSPs and Trade Desks to successfully manage online video ad campaigns across the SpotX platform. This Client Development Team focuses on partnering with Demand Facilitation to manage portfolio of accounts to achieve team and company goals. Works closely with the Ad Operations, Media Planning, Programmatic, and Supply Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of all campaigns.
Making an immediate impact:
- Confidently owns a portfolio of accounts - their success or failure is driven by the account manager’s efforts
- Collaborates with Sales and Demand Facilitation to manage and develop these client relationships and their ad campaigns. Salesmanship is key
- Works with Platform Services on monetization strategies for strategic supply accounts; the account manager will be responsible for regularly pitching new supply to current clients for relevant live campaigns
- Monitors revenue tracking and manages progress towards team and company goals
- Strategically identifies opportunities for account growth through data analysis
- Conducts in-market meetings and QBRs with strategic clients in collaboration with Demand Facilitation
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Needed SpotX’er talents:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional business relationships
- Drive to maintain momentum - account managers are the day-to-day operational face of SpotX; we are our client’s advocates and own all internal and external deliverables for our clients
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced, team environment
- Aptitude to operate effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
