We are searching for an Account Executive- Zend

Position Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation- acquire new customer database from calling into high level within prospect organizations, networking, and various customer account lists.
  • Develop Scope of Work – works with the customer and professional services team to define and document the project scope
  • Relationship Management – develops and manages relationships with current clients to develop additional business as well as ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Effectively leverage internal resources (Presales, Professional Services, Marketing, Legal etc.) in Sales lifecycle to ensure sales success
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools

 

Business and Technical Competencies:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers at a technical and business level
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills using common sales and business tools
  • Work constructively across cultural boundaries in a globally distributed organization
  • Must possess business experience to analyze client business requirements and develop creative solutions as well as utilize technical resources to complete an accurate and technically assured sales order.

 

 

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing support role dealing with enterprise technology customers that are located in multiple geographic areas
  • A demonstrated track record of selling into complex organizations with multiple layers of decision makers
  • Knowledge of the software development life-cycle and the challenges that software engineers, managers, and executives face.
  • Market knowledge (i.e. industry knowledge relevant to geographic area) and technical knowledge are preferred.
