Havenly is interior design for real people. We're a funded tech startup in Denver, and we believe everyone deserves a beautiful home they love. When most people think of using an interior designer, they think "it's just not for me". Maybe it's cost, lack of confidence or understanding in personal style or assuming that hiring a professional designer doesn't fit into their lifestyle. Whatever it may be, we're here to offer help.

We're growing, and looking for high performing people who are passionate about what they do. People who are looking for an opportunity to do and contribute more and are fired up to build and be a part of something great. We're moving away from traditional job postings as we believe adding members to our team is a conversation that happens more frequently than when the need actually arises. What does the Operations team do?

The operations team figures out the "how" behind the product and services that we offer. Split across the four groups listed below, our operations team is key to making sure our processes are delightful for our customers while being efficient and scaleable for growth.

Customer Operations - This team is the heart of our operations. Through email, chat, and phone support, the Customer Operations team ensures that our customers feel supported, have their questions answered, and truly love their experience with Havenly.

Design Operations - The Design Operations team works creatively to ensure the design process and experience is the best it possibly can be both for our customers and also for the many interior designers who work with us to deliver Havenly services.

Ordering Operations - Customers truly realize their Havenly home design dreams when they order the items that their designer recommends for their room. The ordering operations team ensures that order processing happen efficiently across our many vendors.

eCommerce Operations - The eComm team at Havenly controls our margin. They are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to get the right mix of product in front of each customer at every touch point.

Passion - You are excited about this field that you've either chosen to be in, or are looking to enter into. You stay on top of the market trends, are constantly reading and learning, and find true enjoyment in the work that you do.

Speed - As a startup, speed is our ultimate weapon. The faster we move, the faster we grow. We move quickly so that we can learn more, do more, and ultimately reach greater levels of success than we initially thought possible.

Problem Solvers - You enjoy a challenge, and are excited to solve for problems that haven't been solved before. You don't need a roadmap to jump in, test and try to find a solution. You're creative and strategic about the way that you approach each and every issue you face constantly thinking about whats best for the company, team, and our customers as well as how to reach our top level company goals.

Data Driven - Decision are based on the data we collect and the assumptions we make. Everyone on the growth team is excited about digging into the data of each and every interaction, outcome, and initiative. This data helps us understand what did work, what didn't work, and what we should test and try to improve results.
