Ibotta is seeking an Office Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The Office Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and secure office environment. This role ensures our office space runs smoothly and supports a positive employee experience through thoughtful coordination of services, events, and facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple vendors, events, and office systems.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado and requires 5 days in the office. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Office Operations & Facilities Management
Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, kitchen and pantry upkeep, and general organization of shared spaces.
Own the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office.
Implement and maintain physical security protocols, including access badge management and parking validation.
Employee & Visitor Experience
Act as the face of the office; greet guests, manage check-in procedures, and ensure a professional and friendly front-desk experience
Serve as the go-to person for all office-related inquiries and requests from employees, escalating or resolving issues as needed.
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution and package handling.
Event Planning & Culture Support
Partner on planning and executing company-wide office events.
Coordinate office meals and snacks (e.g., catered lunches, weekly bagels, team celebrations), including ordering, setup, and vendor relationships.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver thoughtful employee engagement activities that foster a connected, positive work environment.
Additional Responsibilities
Proactively manage facilities-related tickets, escalating as needed and ensuring timely resolution.
Support space planning and assist with office seating, desk assignments, and move logistics.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, event planning, or administrative support
Ability to be on-site at our Denver office
Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Concur, and Zoom preferred
Proven ability to lead by example, take initiative, and build strong cross-functional relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
A proactive, enthusiastic team player with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Brings a positive attitude, high energy, and a good sense of humor

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
