Who You Are
You are a no-code automation professional with strong expertise in GoHighLevel and Zapier or n8n. You specialize in designing resilient flows with error handling, structured logging, retries, idempotent logic, and clean documentation. You consistently deliver monitored, production-ready workflows. Your attention to detail is exceptional and working independently on focused work is what you prefer.
Responsibilities
• Lead discovery, scoping, development, testing, and monitoring for mission-critical automation across CRM, messaging, payments, and analytics environments.
• Build robust, production-grade workflows including webhooks, queues, retries, structured logs, alerting, and rollback options.
• Maintain data hygiene, enforce permissions, manage secrets, and adhere to PII/PHI protection requirements.
• Produce monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and version-controlled documentation for operational continuity.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
• Demonstrated experience constructing advanced automations in GoHighLevel + Zapier or n8n involving APIs and webhooks.
• Strong knowledge of logging frameworks, error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and monitoring best practices.
• Strong documentation abilities — able to show flows with screenshots + a brief Loom walkthrough.
Nice-to-have
• Basic JavaScript/Python for minor scripting; familiarity with Stripe or LLM tool integrations.
• Prior exposure to clinical workflows or regulated-data environments.
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses
Retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month depending on scope and SLAs.
Performance incentive: USD $500 per month for KPI over-performance.
Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank deposit. Monthly retainer invoicing. No employee benefits; paid time off may be provided for high performance.
