As an Operations Processing Specialist you will support the operations department through high quality and efficient processing of back-office operations transactions. You will also work closely with senior level associates and quality coordinators to resolve issues related to paperwork and transactions.

This role is designated for participants with Neurodiversity in the Workplace; nitw.org

What you will do

  • Process back office administrative items such as new account setup, transfer paperwork, and disbursement transactions for the mutual fund and brokerage business lines

  • Review paperwork and application data in operations systems.

  • Assist with administrative not in good order resolution via letters, emails, phone calls

  • Ensure completeness of paperwork based on department procedures, as well as perform daily transaction audits and report reviews

  • Communicate processing related issues with operations and sales call centers

 

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Ability to type 30 words per minute

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Base Salary Range

$43,600.00 - $60,025.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
