Paladina Health is seeking an experienced Member Services Specialist to join the team at our corporate headquarters in  Downtown Denver! This individual will work in a fast-paced, start-up environment where they will play an integral role in managing membership data, maintain data integrity, while providing superior customer service for existing and prospective members.


The Member Services Specialist will report to the Senior Member Services Analyst. He or she will be responsible for quality customer service as well as successful completion of all tasks assigned. 

This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong people relation skills, knowledge of business procedures, communication skills (verbal and written) and a willingness to adapt to change.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. 

• Receive and address daily customer calls & email inquiries in a professional, timely manner, while documenting all activity within the appropriate system(s) 
• Manage incoming new membership information from various clients and develop process that will ensure accurate and timely updates to our systems 
• Establish an on-going process to maintain quality data and work closely with colleagues to identify and find solutions for data quality related problems 
• Analyze data from a variety of sources to gain efficiencies and actionable insights 
• Provide problem resolution for issues related to customer service as a primary point of contact for Paladina Health members and facilities 
• Prepare systems for new client and member information 
• Set up and maintain enrollment portal to ensure seamless process for new members 
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary 

ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred: preference related to a quantitative field 
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred 
• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and analytical experience 
• Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to listen effectively to customers to gain understanding of their needs and communicate information clearly and effectively 
• Solid interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company and to foster a positive work environment 
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow-through skills 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time in a fast paced and changing environment; comfort with ambiguity in a business environment 
• CRM database experience, specifically with Salesforce.com a plus 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities 
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside-the-box 
• Demonstrated proactive behavior and a "can do" attitude; highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter 
• Demonstrated ability to interact with cross-functional team members to assess needs, request clarification and provide solutions
