Zoom Phone Product Marketing Manager
Zoom is looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager for Zoom Phone to help drive our messaging, and positioning, and help to continue to capitalize on the incredible momentum we are experiencing. You’ll have a strong customer-centric approach; driving messaging; enabling our Sales organization deliver Zoom’s exceptional point-of-view to prospects and customers.
Formulate positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics.
Be the spokesperson with customers, sales, partners, press and analysts, as well as on social media.
Amplify and evangelize Zoom's offerings in the most impactful way for target audiences.
Improve sales success by creating sales tools, playbooks, battle cards, presentations and enablement content for both internal sales and partners.
Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales for our go-to-market strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development of annual marketing objectives, create and execute marketing plans and deliver go-to-market strategy.
Work with Product Management to develop product positioning and customer-focused messaging that aligns with key priorities.
Support product launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations and sales training materials.
Act as content provider and subject matter expert on new solutions, to support Field/Channel Enablement strategy, which may include the delivery of training.
Identify market insertion points, competitive landscape, and penetration strategies for Zoom’s offerings in specific sectors, industries, theaters.
Educate and consult with Zoom sales and partners on market strategies.
Drive marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, opportunity, and loyalty.
Report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements.
Seek customer and partner input on the spectrum of industries and scenarios that will drive the highest impact on customer change and grow vs. our competitors.
EQUIREMENTS
10+ years experience and knowledge of unified communications or SaaS marketing required.
Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
Future potential management capability with a focus on modeling, coaching, and caring about employees.
Successful history of driving market-aware business outcomes.
Successful track-record of cross-functional collaboration with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across multiple seniority levels.
Experience with Product launches.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence.
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
Develop positioning and narratives for product initiatives to support adoption.
Drive customer research to influence brand initiatives and product direction.
Own content strategy across channels.
Drive alignment of stakeholders around project plans.
