VP, Marketing
As the VP, Brand + Digital Marketing, you are responsible for how SpotX shows up in the world. Reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing and in partnership with other marketing leaders you’ll lead efforts to uphold SpotX as the video advertising platform unifying TV, OTT, and digital video globally.
In leading our brand and digital marketing you’ll grow reach, awareness and brand affinity for new and existing audiences. You’ll create compelling narratives, content, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth of SpotX and present thought leadership throughout our industry.
With an approach of measuring what matters you’ll connect our efforts and its effect on driving value across SpotX.

How you'll make an immediate impact:
Leadership + Drive
- Lead, manage, hire, and coach a team of marketers in brand, digital, design, content, and events & experiences—proving that at SpotX you can start, grow, and fulfill your career
- Partner with the SVP, Global Marketing on strategic planning, executive reporting, presentations, and team management
- Establish a data-driven “measure what matters” culture to continually analyze ROI and report progress to the company
- Build and maintain the powerful trifecta of Marketing, Product and Sales
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to create joint marketing initiatives emphasizing SpotX’s role in growing and strengthening their media businesses
- Provide guidance and support to our global marketers around the world facilitating planning, communication, ideation and launching cohesive digital campaigns
- Lead budget planning, spending priorities and monthly reconciliation
- Organize and own relationship with agency of record to execute successful data driven marketing campaigns using various marketing channels including: website, email, social media, events, experiences, webinars, video, paid media, etc
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to support execution of all product launches including go-to-market campaigns via digital channels
- Manage design team and design strategy by fostering a playground of creativity that brings the SpotX brand to life
- Own brand positioning, purpose, promise, messaging and voice, and ensure that the brand is consistently expressed across all touchpoints
- Maintain brand health metrics, and be responsible for growing brand awareness, improvements and optimizations of our brand awareness media strategy
- Oversee Events and Experiences team from ideation to execution creating memorable moments unmatched by our competitors
- Drive creation of sales enablement materials including one-sheets and pitch decks in partnership with sales leaders
- Oversee content strategy, production and commissioned research developing key messaging to build long form, thought leadership, and white paper content and its distribution across marketing channels
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years advertising and marketing experience
- Experience working with B2B brands in ad tech or other technology focused space
- Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, integrated marketing campaigns and products
- Hands-on experience rolling out with cross-org strategies and building plans for implementation
- Proven experience designing and delivering marketing frameworks and solutions
- Experience in building and leading productive cross-functional and decentralized teams
- Knowledge in research
- Experience presenting amongst leadership
