We’re looking for an incredible data-driven VP of Marketing to lead our marketing team as we scale to millions of members in 2018. This ground-floor, greenfield opportunity will afford the right person the ability to be the marketing leader you always knew you could be.
As a member of the leadership team, you will work with key stakeholders to understand the high-level business needs then obsessively test new growth channels and strategies – many outside the box – to meet those needs.

What you'll do:
Maximize current marketing efforts while developing new strategies across existing and new channels
Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget to meet aggressive monthly goals
Identify trends and insights in customer behavior that are critical to core growth KPIs
Evaluate and fine-tune our growth model with a focus on refining paid efforts while building non-linear growth opportunities
Track and optimize the health of our marketing mix, with special attention to earned and owned channels
Own and manage marketing touchpoints across the entire customer lifecycle, including retention and re-activation
Manage and build the marketing team as the company grows
Requirements:
A deep resonance with our mission and values as an organization
A scrappy, growth-hacker mindset and drive to execute “in the weeds” on a daily basis
Proven ability to create and implement integrated marketing strategies across all channels (including FB/IG, Adwords, sponsorships, content marketing, influencer marketing, and ambassador programs)
Direct experience maximizing a multi-million dollar marketing budget
5+ years of marketing experience in B2C subscription products
Proven experience across the customer lifecycle, from top-of-funnel acquisition, to re-activation and everything in between
Expert in data analytics, reporting, and communicating insights to key stakeholders with Board-level visibility
Experience using various marketing reporting tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, Optimizely, Facebook Ads/Insights, Sendgrid, etc.)
Deep understanding of the relationship between product and marketing
Self-awareness and a drive for personal development and growth
