You will be responsible for levering the strengths of FIS to design and execute a rapid growth marketing strategy that will enable our ventures to drive significant value to our customers.

Job description
We are looking for a Venture Marketing Director who will be responsible for b2b and consumer acquisition for brand new ventures that are launched from our Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital marketing tactics, growth strategies, commercialization and growth analytics. We want you to be hyper metrics driven and geek out on funnel optimization, growth hacking, and analytics.
You must have the ability to adapt quickly to shifting strategies as data on new ventures emerges. We want someone who is hands on as you will focus on both building your team (top-tier content and growth marketers, as well as a creative producer) and launching our latest venture.
Responsibilities (you and your team)
Build and lead the Venture Marketing Team and drive all activities across the b2b and consumer acquisition segments as ventures scale
Prepare briefs for marketing agencies
Prepare briefs for copywriters
Engage with FIS Marketing team to align on the comms, launch and commercialization strategies
Prepare assets for customer and partner launch
Support end-consumer acquisition strategies
Coordinate and drive digital marketing activities for the venture including social media campaigns, CRM, Search and other digital marketing tactics like banner ads and native content
Execute, test, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels
Set and execute venture marketing strategies
Create media behind campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign results across channels to determine the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key growth and engagement metrics
Assist with developing weekly and monthly data analytics reports
Identify new opportunities to drive growth through various marketing channels
Represent the new venture at trade show and relevant events
Oversee the new BU social channels (Facebook and Twitter), LinkedIn and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
7-10 years of related job experience. Prior start-up or agency experience is strongly preferred
Hands on experience with the Google Suite of Solutions (AdWords, Display Network, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc), Facebook Business Manager, EDM, Marketo, LinkedIn and others.
Should also be comfortable designing and executing campaigns in Instagram and on Twitter.
Problem solver that can multitask effectively, delivering assignments on time with consistent quality.
Well organized, self-motivated and works well within a team dynamic.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for a start-up environment and a strong belief that quickly testing, failing, and optimizing can lead to amazing results
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an eye for details.
