Our team is growing and we are looking for exceptional talent! As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing regional field events and programs in North America. You will be responsible for delivering leads, accelerating pipeline, and increasing revenue by creating and executing marketing strategies that align with Zoom's overall business priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities

  • Work with sales management and marketing teams to create/implement a regional marketing plan and programs in line with the regional sales team and corporate marketing performance targets and objectives
  • Leverage and extend global integrated campaigns and programs focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as primary marketing contact with local sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions
  • Work with the partner and channel marketing teams to understand best partner sales opportunities, create broader market awareness and generate new business opportunities with and through our partners
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to build campaigns, programs, and regional event strategy and execution
  • Manage Zoom's field marketing presence and onsite logistics, acting as the primary point of contact for internal/external teams at regional events
  • Identify opportunities to develop customer references (and testimonials) from different industries
  • Determine the mix of activities required to meet pipeline coverage targets.
  • Manage regional marketing budget and analyze the success of marketing-related activities to determine ROI


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience B2B field marketing or related marketing role
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Pardot, Tableau, Google Analytics
  • Strong program/project management skills a must
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and analytical skills required
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
