As a member of our marketing services team, you coordinate, facilitate, manage and measure our social media campaigns. We have lots of moving parts, so no two days will be the same. Your experience in a digital agency coupled with your superpowers of planning, analyzing, and adjusting is what we need to continue our success. How you’ll spend your days:
- Coordinating, planning and optimizing paid social media campaigns for our activation services clients – Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Working closely with our clients and agency partners to understand campaign strategies; testing and analyzing initiatives to increase performance – you help clients reach more people and impact their communities
- Partnering with internal stakeholders on product and brand priorities providing paid media insights, trends and performance recaps
- Working closely with our agency partners in monitoring campaigns, measuring performance and optimizing to exceed performance goals – you know how to get results!
- Compiling performance reports, presenting insightful analysis to clients and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the overall success of the activation services team by being the expert on digital marketing, data, and eCommerce industry trends
What you’ll bring to our team:
- BS/BA in integrated marketing, digital media, or a closely related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience within a digital agency executing social media campaigns and measuring results
- Elegant and refined communication style – you’ll be navigating our agency partners and our customers daily
- Naturally detail oriented with a mind that processes tasks and switches context with ease
- Creative thinker and social media enthusiast capable of generating new ideas for maximizing campaigns
- Ability to adjust and adapt to changing situations, providing solutions based on research and metrics
