As the Talent Experience Manager - Americas, you will lead, coach and develop our high performing Talent Experience teams based in Denver and Toronto. An active contributor on Xero's global Talent Experience Lead Team and key partner to the Director, People Experience - Americas, the position is responsible for developing and executing in region talent acquisition strategies that increase Xero's hiring capabilities.
You will be responsible for engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure Xero attracts, assesses and engages outstanding talent to deliver on its hiring objectives in line with the business priorities and goals.

- Experience leading and developing a high performing talent acquisition team
- A track record establishing credibility with direct reports, peers, executive leaders and other key business stakeholders, ideally as part of a global function
- A collaborative approach with the ability to constructively challenge and influence diverse stakeholder groups to ensure positive outcome
- the ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations within the team and business
- the ability to drive change and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- a growth mindset and experience in applying tactical and strategic thinking to deliver practical solutions

Total compensation for this role includes a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience, plus an annual grant of Xero shares calculated as a percentage of base salary.
