Strategic Campaign Manager

| Greater Denver Area
Description: The Strategic Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of client campaigns: everything from trafficking, campaign management, reporting and communication to the client. The Strategic Campaign Manager position is one of the most vital roles and we pride ourselves in leading the industry in ad performance, technology and most of all customer service.
The Strategic Campaign Manager plays an important character in these aspects of our business by meeting deadlines, achieving campaign KPI’s, communicating regularly with the clients, and providing reporting. Attention to detail, creative problem-solving and strategic planning are important parts of this position.

 • Reporting: Providing status updates for the clients as well as strategic recommendations. This output provides crucial data points about the KPI’s of each campaign and becomes the benchmark we use for our performance.
 • Team Building: As a growing company we hope that all individuals will contribute to the future growth and acceleration of our business. What are your ideas to help us grow another 5x in the next year?
 • Troubleshooting: When problems arise, it will be necessary to perform troubleshooting steps to ensure that issues are properly resolved. Also, it will be part of your responsibility to document best practices so if the same issue arises in the future the team is better prepared to handle it.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

As leaders, we try to be as transparent as possible, so it's no secret that we keep our expectations high for our team. But the great thing about our group is that they're so driven and talented, they want to be held to the gold standard, which makes it easy for us to put our trust in them, give them to tools to succeed, and let them run with it.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We operate based on a "best idea wins" mentality at all times. We encourage everyone on the team to share their opinions, provide input on what they like, dislike, or just what could be plainly improved.
